ABOUT Eric Hartlieb, Owner
We have over 20 years of experience. Eric’s Team have captured the sights and sounds of so many weddings throughout Maryand and Washington DC. We will capture your special day from pre-ceremony to post-reception in the most unobtrusive way possible. We will use high quality digital photo and video cameras with high fidelity sound and a wireless microphone to record your special day. Quality control is extremely important to me when capturing all of your pre to post-production clips of your wedding video. Everyone has different tastes. This is why we will work together and talk about your wedding details prior to your wedding date. You will have a big input on the style, length and whatever else is important to you. This is important to me, because you will be the one treasuring your wedding photos and video for years to come. For over 20 years, we have been shooting some of the finest professional wedding photography and videography packages. Why are our customers so pleased? Because the photos and videos we capture don’t only reflect our style, but are also that of the bride and the groom.
Are you the fun-loving couple that wants a relaxed and informal wedding? The videos we produce will be a light-hearted reminder of that special day, filled with memories and laughter. Are you planning a very formal wedding day? In an effort to always remain aware of your desire to enjoy your wedding, we never use intrusive lighting or obtrusive camera angles at your wedding ceremony and reception. You should never feel “on display” or intruded upon during the filming of your wedding. To bring out the radiance of your day, a reflective portrait lighting system will be used. we can produce an elegant video that will show the beauty and dignity of your wedding day.
Why is our name A Treasured Wedding?
My beautiful wife and I married over 20 years. I proposed to my wife in Nags Head, North Carolina during a beautiful sunset on the beach. I buried her engagement ring in a treasure chest in the sand and hid a video camera in range ahead of time. As we were walking along the beach with waves crashing against our legs, she found my chest with her soon to be engagement ring buried in the sand. We opened the treasure chest then I proposed.
I have studied the art of photography & videography. I graduated from Towson University with a bachelor’s degree (Business of Science). You will receive the highest level of professionalism from my company. A one-of-a-kind wedding videography and photography package from A Treasured Wedding will be a wonderfully emotional and lasting reminder of the most important day of your life. Congratulations on your engagement!

More about Eric Hartlieb
I married my High School best friend, Janice. She is brave, smart and a wonderful mom of our four beautiful children. I never imagined in my wildest dreams that God would give me four beautiful children to raise. I was in for the ride of my life. They are all growing up and about to enter into college. How blessed I have been to be responsible for leading my beautiful children. How humbled I have been made to think that God placed five eternal souls in my direct care. It’s an awesome responsibility worth of our greatest efforts.
I wish I could say I had “one” lesson that is most important to me as a dad and husband. The lessons, at least for me, are many and unending! The minute I feel like I have one lesson down here comes another one. From the moment I said, “Yes,” to my wife 20 years ago, until now, I’ve been learning lessons. Over the 16 years since we brought our first of four children home from the hospital, I’ve been learning lessons. Many of these lessons have been simple (how to change a diaper or help with life lessons and sports).
Keep God in your Hearts,
